Wildflours Gluten Free Bakery, Brunswick, ME

Kelley begins most days watching  the sun rise while making muffins. She is generally surrounded by delightful co-workers, grateful customers and the smell of baking bread. Kelley opened Wildflours 10 years ago after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and prescribed a gluten-free diet. Two years later, the shop was destroyed by fire. She then focused on farmers markets and wholesale  accounts for several years following and reopened Wildflours as a retail bakery in March of 2017.

Kelley has an 8-year old daughter who’s dream is to open a three story cat day care, an easy-going husband who can fix anything, and loves living in Brunswick, Maine.
