Avery Richter The Black Tie Company

Chef Avery Richter graduated from the University of Maine in 2012 with a BA in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She opened and ran her own food truck called Wrap N’Roll in her hometown of Belgrade, Maine for 2 seasons as well as making and locally sourced breakfast and lunch items that were sold at a local farmers market. She joined The Black Tie Co. in 2013 and now serves as their Executive Chef.

The Art of Dining series: Intimate dinners that take place on Tuesday and Wednesday of the festival. Multi-course meals are designed and prepared by top chefs in private homes and locations around Kennebunkport. Avery Richter, of The Black Tie Company, is the featured chef at this dinner on Wednesday evening, June 6. This dinner showcases work by an artist represented by Art Collector Maine.
