Trevin Hutchins who has worked at Tempo Dulu since the spring of 2015 developed a nationally acclaimed bar program and created cocktails including the Jakarta, which was awarded best cocktail in the US by StarChefs last year. Hutchins was named top 10 best bartenders in the USA by Starchefs and one of the finalists in the best bartender competition by Eater Maine. His cocktails are featured in many local and national publications including Bon Apetit Magazine, Food and Wine Magazine and Bravo TV. He can be seen weekly in TV Show #MaineLife with Erin Ovalle on WGME CBS Channel 13
In the fall of 2015 Trevin Hutchins also became the bar manager of the internationally acclaimed Camden Harbour Inn and Natalie’s, member of Relais and Châteaux and awarded top 100 best hotels in the world by the readers of Travel + Leisure and Conde Nast Traveler. Natalie’s restaurant was awarded top 100 best restaurants in the USA by Diner’s Choice and both the inn and restaurant received the prestigious AAA four diamond award.
Before coming to Tempo Dulu and Natalie’s Hutchins spent time as bartender at Park on Fremont in Las Vegas where he worked under the upcoming mixologist Juyoung Kang and at Comme Ca at the Cosmopolitan in Vegas where he trained under a program created by Sam Ross of Milk & Honey. Returning to Maine Hutchins’ stints include Oscar’s New American and Supervisor at Top Of The East at the Westin Hotel in Portland before creating the bar program for Tempo Dulu.
