Norm Hebert Bintliff's Ogunquit

Chef Norm is the former Department Chair of the Hotel and Restaurant Operations and Culinary Arts at York County Community College in Wells, Maine. In his position as a Department Chair, he was responsible for the development process of two 2-year degree programs, one in Culinary Arts and one in Hotel and Restaurant Operations. Also within his department are three 1-year certificate programs: Food Service Specialist, Lodging Operations, and Food and Beverage Operations. He teaches a number of different subjects within the Hotel/Restaurant Operations Program, as well as serves as the lead Chef Instructor for the Culinary Arts Program. Chef Norm is the former Executive Chef/ Food and Beverage Director of the Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport, Maine.

This very special evening kicks the Festival into high gear with a party that honors Maine’s forests. Maine’s top chefs will prepare an array of fresh and local dishes complimented by locally crafted wine, beer, and spirits. Guest DJ’s, dancing, and dessert will cap the evening off Kennebunkport-style.
