In collaboration with award-winning Boston chef and restaurateur, Earth features a menu focusing on “farm to fork” produce using vegetables and herbs picked from Hidden Pond’s onsite 800-square-foot organic farm, along with freshly caught seafood and meats sourced from local purveyors.
Chef Justin Walker and Danielle Walker (Earth) host an amazing dinner inspired by wood elements alongside top chefs from Maine and away. Guests will enjoy a walk around tasting experience followed by sit-down family style.
