In collaboration with award-winning Boston chef and restaurateur Ken Oringer, Earth features a menu focusing on “farm to fork” produce using vegetables and herbs picked from Hidden Pond’s onsite 800-square-foot organic farm, along with freshly caught seafood and meats sourced from local purveyors.
